What happens when you ask about service, what your agreement covers, and how we support the connection once it is installed.
We would rather you understand the service than guess at it. Here is how a WebPerception connection works, from the first conversation to the support that follows.
Fixed wireless sends a signal from one of our tower sites to a small outdoor antenna at your property. Whether we can serve an address comes down to a clear line of sight to one of our tower sites and the signal quality at your property, not a ZIP code or map shading. Tell us where you need service and we do a site survey before anyone commits to anything.
Working from home, streaming, video calls, school, gaming, a business running cloud apps and phones, or an event with staff and guests all ask different things of a connection. We ask how you plan to use it and recommend a connection suited to that, explained in plain words.
Service runs on a flat monthly agreement quoted before we start, and project work is priced up front. The speed you sign up for is written into your agreement. Our internet has no data caps, no throttling, and no usage-based overage charges. Residential internet is month-to-month. Business service runs on an agreement, and formal terms such as written response-time commitments, static IP addresses, redundancy, or automatic failover to a backup connection are tied to that agreement rather than promised across the board.
Our technicians mount and aim the outdoor antenna, run the cable, and hand off to your router or managed network. We test the connection before we leave and explain what was installed and where.
Phone support and network monitoring are available 24/7/365, and we often see a problem before you call about it. Office and sales hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific. Remote diagnosis comes first when possible, on-site when needed, and we stay with the issue until it is resolved.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime, measured at the rooftop antenna, under the terms of your agreement. Measuring there separates the connection we deliver from anything happening inside your home or office network. Planned maintenance is announced with 24-hour notice and kept to short windows.
Every connection starts the same way: an availability check, then a site survey at your property. What changes is what we talk through and what your agreement covers. Pricing and connection details depend on your property and how you use the internet, so we go over them with you directly rather than posting a menu.
