The internet connection is the link from our network to your venue. Event WiFi is the separate system that spreads that connection to phones, terminals, and laptops around the site. A good connection can still feel bad if the WiFi is not planned for where people actually gather, so we plan both, and the proposal tells you which is which.
Before the event, you will know:

What is possible depends on the venue, so we survey the property, terrain, structures, and power before we recommend anything.
Setup, event days, and teardown are agreed in advance. The earlier we talk, the more options we can consider.
Staff, vendors, production, and guests can be kept on separate networks so a busy crowd does not interfere with payments or production.
Device count, expected traffic, coverage area, and critical applications drive the design, not a generic number.

Good to know: Not every venue can be served, and we will not know until we have surveyed it. Reach out as early as you can so there is time for a site survey and a proper plan.
